Position: Housing Administrator
The Role:
- Effective planning to ensure housing availability and the assurance that they are in mint condition for future allocation
- Administration of housing to be leased to employees
- Liaise with municipality and water system service provider for connection of new employees and ensuring such queries are addressed at all times
- Administration concerning the evacuation of housing
- Administration and arrangements concerning the transport of new employees’ furniture
- Work ethics of such a nature that it benefits the company and everyone working for it
- Adherence to all safety & health standards & promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
- Administration and arrangement of purchase orders and payments relating to housing
- Resolving housing queries/complaints from employees
- Reports and Presentations
- Supporting the Housing Specialist and other team members
- Liaison with role players (Technical, Projects, Service Providers, Stakeholders, HR, GSS)
- Effective development and application of the necessary administration systems and practices
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Valid driver’s license (please attach certified copy)
