Key Output

• Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPI's (as per Balanced Scorecard, SLA's) while meeting departmental financial targets

• Ensure you work according to policies, principles and procedures of the parts department.

• Manage POD’s and SAP reports

• Manage quality of hoses produced

• Receive hose requirements / specifications from parts and service sales liaison

• Verify against HIS to validate correct specifications / requirements

• Pick loose parts dependant on plant specific layout and process

• Select correct hose and cut to specification

• Adhere to contamination control guidelines for hose cleaning

• Assemble hose to Caterpillar specification

• Tag hose with correct information ,Seal and despatch as required ,

• Sign off hose assembly in hose register

• Build hydraulic hoses per sample as and when required

• Providing assistance in other areas within the warehouse as and when required
