FLEET MANAGER VACANCY

SEGOKAKU TRANSPORT (PTY) LTD

KURUMAN, NORTHERN CAPE

Job Type: Fleet Manager position available in the Transport and mining industry

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Degree in logistics or Fleet Management
  • 3-5 years’ work experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Fleet reports
  • Participate in Audit meetings
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments
  • Manage drivers so they adhere to strict schedules
  • Register and license all vehicles under their management
  • Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits
  • Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections
